To configure the Firewall in McAfee's 2010 SecurityCenter (frequently installed in Windows Vista or Windows 7):

1. Double -click on the McAfee "M" icon by the clock at the lesser of the Windows screen
2. SelectInternet and Network
3. B eneath "To modify your options, click Configure beneath", click the Configure button
4. Click the push beside Firewall Protection
5. Click the Advanced... button
6. On the left pane, select Plan Permissions
7. Click the Add together Immune Program button (or "Alter Action" if CTI Navigator is already listed)
8. Enter or select CTI Navigator in the list and click Open
9. Select Grant Full Access and click OK. (Notation: ensure this is not "Outbound-Only Access".)

To configure McAfee�s �Personal Firewall Plus�:

1. Double-click on the McAfee icon in the Windows system tray (usually at the bottom correct-hand corner of your screen)
2. Select Personal Firewall Plus
3. Select �View the Net Application List�
4. If CTI Navigator.exe (and/or CTIUpdateManager.exe) is listed:

�H ighlight it and under �Alter Permission To��

� S elect �Allow Total Admission� and

� C lick OK.

5. If CTI Navigator.exe (and/or CTIUpdateManager.exe) is Non listed:

� Click �New Allowed Application�

� O pen Program Files folder

� Double-click on CTI Navigator.exe (and/or CTIUpdateManager.exe) or highlight the programme and click the Open push button.

� Verify the Permissions Status is Allow Full Access

� Click OK.
